ASSISTANT DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR

MON–FRI; 5:00AM–1:30PM

As a vital team member, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating work schedules, contributing to the selection of our incredible staff, and providing valuable feedback on employee performance. Your focus will be on ensuring a safe, productive, and top-quality work environment within your department. In addition, you'll step in as needed to oversee production in the absence of the Production Supervisor.

Hours: Mon-Fri 5:00am-1:30pm

Responsibilities

1. Assist the Department Supervisor in overseeing the department employees.

2. Maintain the stated productivity goals.

3. Understand and follow the concepts of Lean Manufacturing.

4. Coach, develop, and train personnel.

5. Understand and enforce all company policies fairly and consistently


Qualifications:

1. Ability to lead, coach, and delegate

2. Strong written and oral communication skills

3. Possess basic math and computer skills

4. Ability to use various gauges and measuring instruments, as necessary

5. Possess at least a limited blueprint reading ability


Compensation: $25.53-$37.02 per hour
