Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work and has a knack for detail? We're seeking a Coating Technician I to join our team! In this role, you'll be at the heart of our production process, using your skills to apply liquid or powder paint to our products, ensuring they meet our high standards. You'll have the opportunity to mix paint products, prepare surfaces, and maintain equipment while working in a dynamic environment. Hours: Mon – Fri 5:00 am-1:30 pm 

What you’ll do:

1. Perform production spray or dip operations involving liquid or powder painting of manufactured products requiring standard finishes.

2. Must meet defined production expectations and be on-time to schedule.

3. Follow work instructions, drawings, established quality standards, and established safety protocols.

4. Load and unload carts.

5. Perform computer transactions, run dispatch list, and understand and decipher part numbers.

What you’ll bring:

1. Strong written and oral communication skills

2. Can operate an overhead crane under close supervision

3. Very basic math and computer skills

4. Ability to count accurately and read a tape measure

5. Able to read basic charts and drawings

Compensation: $20.00-$27.16 per hour
