ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Use Oracle and DBR to record data transactions as items are moved from one location to another in a timely fashion.
Accurately identify Romac components and products and fill out Transaction Log Report with a high degree of accuracy.
Identify and record scrap.
Keep Oracle/DBR accurate.
Follow all safe operating procedures.
Add notes to jobs late in assigned resources.
Perform WIP moves.
Learn sub-inventory and misc. transactions.
Meet all company work schedule and attendance expectations and perform within the physical and environmental demands of the job.
ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
May work in other areas in the department when able.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Good keyboarding skills
Able to read all reports
Strong math skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Legible reports, tags, etc.
Strong trouble shooting skills
Basic computer skills; experience with MS Office programs, primarily Word and Excel
Adaptable to change
Strong time management skills
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Able to navigate effectively in both Oracle and DBR
Complete understanding of Oracle transaction procedures
Complete understanding of DBR transaction procedures
Complete understanding of Creating Discrete Jobs Procedure and able to edit jobs in Oracle and DBR with a high degree of accuracy
Complete understanding of Floor Scale Procedure
PAY RANGE
$36,700 - $53,200
