The Inventory Control Analyst will research and correct inventory errors, track down missing products, and perform inventory cycle counts. Investigate and recommend process improvements to increase inventory accuracy. The role requires establishing inventory control procedures, with readily available supervision from the Materials Manager.

Responsibilities
· Monitor and control inventory integrity. Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.
· Research inventory discrepancies and make necessary corrections in Oracle ERP system.
· Responsible for overseeing physical inventories, cycle counts, random audits, and reconciliations using Oracle Manufacturing module.
· Track and report non-conforming products.
· Document and report aged and damaged products.
· Maintain inventory accuracy metrics and associated reports for management. Analyze production procedures and investigate and recommend process improvements to increase inventory accuracy.
· Coordinate and integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy.
· Train site staff in proper inventory control techniques and practices.
· Assist with moving materials and setting up new stocking locations using a forklift, order picker, and/or reach truck.
· Develop stocking strategies to reduce space requirements.
· Work with department supervisors to solve repeat problems.
· Assist Shipping department with finding missing products.
· May help process RMA products.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
· 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
· Must be able to pass forklift/reach truck/order picker certification test and drive all on a regular basis
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Strong computer skills, including MS Office programs

Compensation:
$25.25 - $34.09 per hour
Hours: Monday – Thursday 4:00 am – 2:30 pm
